Orders may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your order’s initial ship date.
Damaged Shipments or Defective Products
All returns must be approved and receive a Return Authorization number prior to being sent back. Please contact to request a Return Authorization. This ensures that your return is registered in our system.
To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition. Unless the reason for the return is due to shipping damage or product defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
